The Port of Portland is the largest developer of industrial and business parks in the Portland metropolitan area.

Within its 10,000 acres of property holdings, the Port oversees six business and industrial parks. Their various locations offer businesses close proximity to airports, deep-draft marine terminals, transcontinental rail lines, interstate freeways, and a river system that stretches from the Pacific Ocean to Idaho.

Rivergate Industrial District
This 2,800-acre industrial district is Portland's largest industrially zoned area. It is designed for warehousing, distribution, manufacturing and processing facilities linked to the port's marine terminal facilities. Sites up to 100 acres remain available, as well as small- to mid-sized parcels.

The Rivergate Industrial District takes excellent advantage of Portland's transportation strengths. Its well developed transportation network of rail, highway, air, and marine transportation connections link the metropolitan area with the region, as well as major domestic markets. The Rivergate Industrial District is serviced by the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads.

Portland International Center
Directly adjacent to Portland International Airport, this 458-acre mixed-use business park features Class "A" office space, flex-space warehousing and light manufacturing. Sites are currently available.

Adjacent to the Portland International Airport (PDX) lies the state's largest mixed use, master planned business park. This 458-acre office and light industrial commerce center is positioned between the PDX terminal entrance and Interstate 205. It offers excellent visibility and highway/airport access to the businesses in the park.

Featuring the Embassy Suites hotel, "class A" office buildings, a large amount of ground level "flex" space and considerable warehousing and light manufacturing development, Portland International Center offers diverse growth opportunities for new and expanding enterprises.

Brookwood Corporate Park
This 22-acre park is adjacent to Portland-Hillsboro Airport, near the new westside light rail line and in the center of the region's high-tech area. Sites are currently available.

Swan Island Industrial Park
Located next to Interstate 5 within view of downtown Portland, this 580-acre centrally located property is a major corporate center and hub for distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing activities. Approximately 170 businesses are located within the fully developed industrial park.

Troutdale Industrial Park
Located east of Portland along Interstate 84, next to the Port-owned Troutdale general aviation airport, this fully developed, 75-acre park is suitable for businesses in light manufacturing, distribution, sales, service and maintenance.
