2008-0008 Terminal 6 Concessionaire Request for Qualifications

Description:	Terminal 6 is an established containerized cargo gateway on the West Coast of the United States. Located at the nexus of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers, T-6 totals 428 total acres. 183-acres are dedicated for container operations, 17 for Oregon Steel Mills’ breakbulk steel import operation, and 228 for two auto import/export facilities for the Auto Warehousing Corporation (“AWC”) and American Honda Motors (“Honda”). The Port of Portland, Oregon (the “Port”) has engaged Morgan Stanley to evaluate the potential for a long-term concession of up to approximately 215 acres of its Terminal 6 container facility (“T-6”).

Description:	The Port of Portland is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to complete Phase 1 of the Storm Water Master Plan (SWMP) for the Portland International Airport (PDX). The objective of Phase 1 is to capture all available data about active catch basins, manholes, miscellaneous point features, outfalls and pipes from various Port sources (such as AutoCAD drawings, GIS data, survey drawings, maintenance records, asset management records, and individual memory sources), into a single consistent electronic format that can be used to populate various other programs that need the data. This initial effort will be used to perform a gap analysis and guide the Phase 2 effort to complete the SWMP.
